Vincotto Balsamic Vinegar n. 12 aged
Vincotto Balsamic Vinegar n. 12 aged
Gianni Calogiuri's family has been producing the “Original Vincotto” since 1825 by cooking the must of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes produced in Salento, Puglia.
Vincotto Vincotto No. 12 comes from the slow acetification of the original Vincotto in oak barrels.
Only after adequate aging does the product achieve that surprising balance of aromas and flavors.
Due to its superior qualities, Vincotto Vinegar No. 12 can accompany us in the kitchen in the preparation of countless recipes, from the richest and most elaborate to the poorest and simplest. It goes beautifully with multiple courses, even in a surprising way, enhancing and highlighting the most hidden flavors and aromas of the specialties with which it is used. Try it with risottos, soups, meats, fish, cheeses, fruits and desserts.
